On the left of a post page you'll see something called Karma: Helpfulness. If someone has been helpful, just click "Woot' and they'll get a plus one on their Karma counter. If someone is not helpful, click "Hisssss" and they'll get a -1. The person with the highest (+) total  wins more questions. Happy2
